Students are required to initiate a preconference that
will occur during the first week of class and must include the faculty member
and the preceptor. Conferences may be conducted face-to-face or via synchronous
technology such as Skype, Zoom, or GoToMeeting. The student, preceptor,
and faculty must be present at the conference. The student and preceptor will
complete the “Practice Experience Conference Form (Preconference)” and the
student will submit it to the instructor in LoudCloud after the conference has
taken place.
